August 25th marked the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Yunsa Electronics. The company organized a celebration and team-building event with the theme of “Hand in Hand Through the Journey, Grateful for Your Presence”.
Company Development History
Shanghai Yunsai Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was established on August 25, 2005. Yunsa Electronics is a well-known enterprise in the field of electronic component distribution in China. In 2020, it ranked 76th among local distributors. In 2013, it established an office in Chengdu and in 2019, it set up a branch in Zhejiang.
Company business philosophy: Adhering to the business philosophy of “quality first, service foremost, prompt delivery”, we will follow the policy of people-oriented and honest operation to become a leading enterprise in the industry.
General Manager’s Speech
Mr. Li shared the company’s journey over the past 20 years and its entrepreneurial experiences. Starting from a rented house of only a few hundred square meters, it has grown into a standalone office building today, achieving a qualitative leap. Over the past two decades, the market and industry have undergone tremendous upheavals and changes. Mr. Li has always been able to lead the company to ride the waves, navigate through market cycles, and continuously grow.
Especially during the 2019 pandemic, the lockdown in Shanghai prevented the Shanghai warehouse from operating normally. Mr. Li accurately predicted this and took decisive action by establishing an office in Jinhua, Zhejiang Province for goods distribution and transfer, solving the problem of difficult shipment for customers. Today, the Zhejiang office has developed into a standardized branch for sales, procurement, and warehousing. The entrepreneurial journey has been full of ups and downs and hardships, but it has not stopped the progress of Yunsa Electronics.

Mr. Gao gave a presentation titled “Appreciating Others and Yourself”. He asked everyone to draw a portrait of their partner and write down 5 adjectives to express their partner’s qualities. This way, everyone could appreciate the strengths of those around them. He also shared the psychological methods and personal experiences for appreciating others and oneself. During the presentation, he described the evolution process of the company in the early stage, where everyone held multiple positions and all aspects required manual participation. Up to now, the company has evolved into a process-oriented, departmentalized, data-driven, and CRM-systemized entity.
Today’s Yunsa makes us proud. We will set off again on the journey in the electronics industry and go further.

My Story with Yunsa
The company has 11 colleagues with over 10 years of service, and 13 colleagues who have been with the company for more than five years. Everyone has grown together with the company and has countless stories to share with it.
Wang Haibo
After graduation, his first job was at Yunsa. Yunsa was his second home and also the most senior employee at the company. He worked hard, transforming from a novice in the industry to a sales manager. Moreover, he used his spare time to learn product technology and became the company’s technical director.
Wang Pengfei
For several years, he has dominated the sales championship. From a flamboyant young man, he has grown into a responsible pillar of the company and the backbone of the family.
Zhang Xuelian
During the difficult period, I took over the Chengdu office and managed the unremarkable southwestern market. As a result, the per capita output in this region exceeded the average level of the entire company.
Sumi
During the pandemic, I formed a connection with the company. Before even joining the company, I was already in quarantine with the company’s colleagues in a hotel. Although we were from different industries, I quickly mastered the company’s business and established an export team. As a result, the export business grew by double digits year after year.
Li Bin
The manager of the Zhejiang office aimed to develop major clients and turned seemingly impossible business into a thriving new opportunity. He also led the office staff to grow rapidly.
Jin Tingting
The model of logistics, the warehouse is a tough, tiring and complicated job. But she managed to make the warehouse full of laughter and joy through her caring, patient and meticulous working style. In departmental coordination, she was also highly proficient. Her personal growth was also noticed by her colleagues, who were both impressed and envious.
Gao Hang
The new colleague, with cheerful words, recounts the difficulties of joining this industry. With an optimistic and positive attitude, he/she faces the changes in the uncertain market.
