After a two-month period, the intelligent warehouse management system of Shanghai Cloudsa Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. has successfully completed its upgrade and transformation. After the upgrade, starting from product entry, it enables full-process traceability of products, precise positioning of products, and batch management of inventory with first-in-first-out principle, solving the previous problems of inaccurate data and the need for manual control of batches.

In terms of original inventory management: Cloudsa achieved “one-to-one” quantity calibration of the existing inventory through a series of tasks such as 100% precise inventory count, expiration elimination, and warehouse location modification. In conjunction with the upgrade of the software, it successfully applied a series of intelligent warehousing systems including warehouse location management, batch management, and barcode management to actual work. It generated barcodes for all products of the existing inventory at one time, giving them accurate identity information.

After the renovation, in terms of inbound and outbound operations: Yunsa first reorganized the workflow of the logistics department and expanded the receiving area. For the products arriving in the warehouse, they are picked up by scanning the barcode with a PDA and placed on shelves by scanning the rack code with a PAD; during the outbound process, the picking is confirmed by scanning the barcode with a PDA. All links can achieve data calibration, which not only improves the accuracy and efficiency of the entire process and inbound/outbound operations, but also further enhances the customer service level.

In order not to affect the normal delivery of customer orders, Yunsa Electronics chose to carry out the offline inventory work during the short window period before the Spring Festival of 2026, when most of the customer factories had reduced production or were already on break. All staff participated and worked overtime to complete the inventory work.
Before this, the Zhejiang office had spent one month completing the software testing and inventory work of the Zhejiang warehouse. During the period of assisting with the warehouse inventory, colleagues from other departments also deeply felt the difficulty of the warehouse position work.
