Yunsa Electronics Hosts Shanghai Jiao Tong University Antai EMBA Alumni for Exchange & Visit

On December 28th, Zhou Daoli, Director of the EMBA Center at Shanghai Jiao Tong University Antai School of Economics and Management, led a delegation of over 40 alumni from the Class of 2019 to visit and exchange ideas at Yunsa Electronics.

The event, themed "Gather at the New Address, Reunite with Old Friends, and Unfold a New Chapter," combined a class reunion with a corporate visit, offering participants a comprehensive insight into the company’s development and fostering in-depth interactions.

Guided by Yunsa Electronics’ General Manager, the guests toured various facilities of the company’s new office, including the warehouse, rest areas, fitness center, and workspace. Since relocating to the new premises, the company has continuously upgraded its office environment, featuring a nearly 200-square-meter fitness area, a spacious outdoor terrace, and a large meeting room exceeding 80 square meters. These well-designed spaces not only reflect the company’s emphasis on employee well-being but also showcase its commitment to creating a dynamic and comfortable work atmosphere.

The highlight of the event was the sharing session, where seven distinguished guests delivered speeches on key topics such as global strategies for enterprise overseas expansion, applications of AI agents, insights from second entrepreneurship, and healthy and happy lifestyle approaches.

The discussions focused on pressing issues concerning work, life, entrepreneurship, and business sustainability—topics that resonate deeply with professionals in today’s fast-paced world. Specifically, participants explored how to achieve steady progress amid the dual pressures of consolidating domestic markets and pursuing globalization, maintain physical health, and keep a balanced mindset. Through the guests’ personal experiences and practical insights, seemingly intractable dilemmas were clarified, providing valuable guidance for the attendees.

Gao Yun, the deputy general manager of Yunsa Electronics, delivered a presentation titled "Opportunities and Challenges in Import and Export Trade". In the early stages of the company's development, the founder had to handle every detail personally. As the company matured, it needed to leverage the capabilities of the team to bring more possibilities to the business. Yunsa Electronics has now reached its 20th year and truly entered its prime age. During its early establishment, 100% of its business was in importing and distributing European and American brands. Currently, the proportion of pure imported products has decreased to 50%, while domestic brands have gradually joined the current sales list and contributed about 10% of the sales. By 2025, the proportion of the company's foreign trade export business will exceed 20%. The overall strength of China in the global electronic component manufacturing sector is constantly improving. Over the past 20 years, the industry has experienced ups and downs. Yunsa Electronics has maintained a steady pace within the industry and has achieved continuous growth while adapting to industry development. In the next three years, Gao Yun predicts that the import rate of the company's products will gradually approach 30%, the proportion of domestic brand sales will reach over 30%, and the export business will grow steadily, competing equally with domestic sales.

To conclude the event, Director Zhou Daoli delivered a summary speech, expressing his expectations and best wishes for the alumni and their enterprises. He also presented a custom souvenir from Shanghai Jiao Tong University Antai EMBA to Yunsa Electronics as a token of appreciation.

The evening continued with a dinner at an alumni-owned organic restaurant, where guests engaged in further in-depth exchanges in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
